Problem Note 34956: Using a %COPY within a macro may cause a traceback error
Executing a permanently stored macro that contains a %COPY
statement may cause the error:
ERROR: Read Access Violation In Task [ Submit ]
It will also give traceback information in 9.1.3 SP4. If
running 9.2 you may encounter a different error such as the
SASMACR library is damaged.
